Judy is a doctorally prepared midwife who completed her graduate midwifery education at SUNY Downstate and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from NYU as valedictorian. Having professionally attended births at home, in birth centers, and in hospitals, her approach is grounded in trusting women, honoring physiologic birth, and providing safe, individualized care in the setting that best meets each woman's needs.

Dr. Joshua Klein is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who completed his medical education at Harvard Medical School and his fellowship at Columbia University. He serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Extend Fertility.
As a co-founder of Birthing Center NYC and its Long Island practice, he is committed to expanding women's access to high-quality, individualized midwifery care and supporting a model grounded in physiologic birth, safety, and appropriate medical collaboration.
